Compatibility
The TWO SOUNDS chime is compatible with a 16-volt/10 VA or 16-volt/15 VA transformer (not included). To find a suitable transformer, search for "16TR" or "3TRAN". This chime can be connected to a regular doorbell, providing a seamless upgrade to your home security and aesthetics.

- Troubleshooting: If the chime is not functioning correctly, the issue might lie with the chime itself, the doorbell button, the transformer, or the wiring. Detailed troubleshooting steps are available in the manual and on our website.
